U&P was built around one sector: New Homes. For nearly 25 years, we’ve recruited the sales professionals who help the UK’s housebuilders sell homes, from Sales Negotiators on their first development to experienced Sales Managers running multiple sites.
How we work
We know the sector. We understand how sales teams on site actually work, including weekends, show homes, reservations and progression. You won’t need to explain the job to us.
We’re honest. We’ll tell candidates the truth about a role and tell clients the truth about a candidate. We’d rather be straight with you than make a quick placement.
We’re quick. When a development needs temporary cover, it usually needs it now. Our pool of temporary sales staff means we can often fill gaps at short notice.
We stay in touch. Many of our candidates and clients have worked with us for years, and that’s the kind of relationship we aim for.
